This is a well organised agency who keep in touch with clients.Doreen is hard working and does not leave until she has completed her tasks.I am glad that she is not on the phone all time as I have experienced in the past. A lovely girl to have around.....and a very clean house!

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Flora today. We are having building work upstairs and it’s very disruptive. Today they even started pulling up the hallway floor which I had no idea would happen. She still worked around it and cleaned the rooms that she could as well as ironing and changing bed sheets which was a massive help. I appreciate her continuing to come and putting in full effort even though part of the house is a building site. Excellent service!
